Registration Fees:

One-Bite Challenge: $75

Sausage Your Way: $ 75

Both Categories:  $140

*Registration fee includes two SCSD Buttons. If more than two on a team, buttons will need to be purchased. 

Prize Money:

One-Bite Challenge 1st Place: $750 Sausage Your Way 1st Place: $750

One-Bite Challenge 2nd Place: $500 Sausage Your Way 2nd Place: $500

One-Bite Challenge 3rd Place: $250 Sausage Your Way 3rd Place: $250

Set Up Time: 

Team gate opens at 8:00 a.m., Saturday, June 21st  (other arrangements can be made if needed)

Cooking Rules: 

• Teams must cook all entries on festival area grounds

• Public sample trays must be ready to serve at 4:00pm 

• Teams can enter one category, but encouraged to enter both

Other Rules: 

• Teams must possess an approved fire extinguisher.

• Ash barrel will be provided by event staff

• Teams must provide their own tables to serve from

• A limited supply of small 2oz sample cups can be provided, however skewers of other larger size sample serving dishes should be brought by teams

• Teams must follow public health guidelines & wear serving gloves
